Presentation of the written word and illustrations has tremendous impact on the reader. More
than 20 years ago, we pioneered the idea of design for readability in
technical documents in a white paper titled
"Ergonomics in Technical Documentation", presented at the National
Computer Graphics Conference. Here are samples of some of our book
